A little Softness
This practice was EXACTLY the 30 minutes of movement I needed for a Sunday night after a pretty lazy day and a long week. I've been feeling a little more tired than usual and it can be pretty tempting to not move when I feel like that. But I know that even just half an hour of gentle and soft movement will help shake things up and energise me just the right enough.
Get cosy, light some candles, get some chilled out tunes on and move!
